Rachel

Background & Education

Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Utah. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Markets & Culture (Sociology and Economics) from Southern Methodist University and went on to receive her Master’s in Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work.

Rachel’s clinical foundation was shaped through a two-year training at New York Counseling & Clinical Social Work Services, where she began developing her passion for depth-oriented and experiential therapies. Over time, she gravitated toward integrative approaches that emphasize present-moment awareness, mind–body connection, and inner system work.

Rachel has provided psychotherapy in both private and community-based settings across New York City and Chicago, working with adults, adolescents, and couples from diverse backgrounds. Most recently, she worked at the Center for Holistic Medicine in Chicago, where she offered integrative psychotherapy in collaboration with physicians, acupuncturists, and nutritionists, supporting clients from a whole-person perspective.

Rachel’s clinical style draws strongly from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt Therapy, Chairwork, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her work is experiential, relational, and trauma-informed, designed to help individuals access emotional clarity, self-compassion, and a sense of inner leadership. Whether working with individuals or couples, she creates a space that invites curiosity, presence, and meaningful change.
